Where do birds build their nests and raise their families? Some build nests
in trees, shrubs, among vines, cavities in trees or in a crevice of a cliff.
Swallows often build their mud nests under highway over/under pass while some choose to build their nests in man made bird houses, such as the Blue bird who chooses to build in a bluebird house or the Purple Martin chooses a Purple Martin birdhouse. Some of these bird houses are decorative and ornamental.
